For more than 10 years, wellness has been a part of my life and work. But becoming a mom has given the word wellness an entirely new meaning.

I’ve learned that feeling well isn’t just about how we move or what we eat. It’s also the people we surround ourselves with, the spaces we create, the time we spend outside, the things that bring us joy, and sometimes simply slowing down enough to enjoy the season we’re in.

That’s where Vitality & Vine has grown from. 🌿

​

I’ve always loved speaking life into people, helping them recognize what they’re capable of, and watching them grow. Somewhere along the way, that love of nurturing people blended beautifully with my love of growing plants, and this little business began becoming something much bigger than I originally imagined.

​

Today, Vitality & Vine is primarily an online plant and wellness shop, with pop-ups, local markets, community events, and wellness experiences bringing us out into the community. But this is only the beginning.

​

As a mom of two, I’m building this dream intentionally alongside the season my family is in. As my children get a little older, I’m excited to bring more of the vision to life. A place rooted in nature, wellness, family, creativity, and community, where people and plants have room to grow.
