Shipping (Retail Products Only)

We currently ship select self-care and retail items. Some items, such as plants, may be excluded from shipping depending on season, weather, or product sensitivity.

Vitality and Vine is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Plant Orders

Due to the delicate and living nature of plants:

All plant sales are final.

When plants are shipped (if available), responsibility transfers to the buyer once the package has been shipped.

We are not responsible for damage caused by transit delays, temperature exposure, or improper handling by the carrier.

Customers should open and care for plants immediately upon arrival.
Returns & Exchanges (Retail Items Only)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused retail items in their original packaging.

Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
