Vitality and Vine (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides wellness coaching, fitness and nutrition guidance, plant sales, self-care products, and related services. These Terms govern your use of our website, online platform(s), digital content, and any in-person or virtual services.

By using this website, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use our services.

2. Wellness, Fitness & Nutrition Coaching Disclaimer

Information provided through our programs—including fitness plans, nutrition guidance, wellness recommendations, and lifestyle coaching—is for educational and informational purposes.

Vitality and Vine does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions.
Always consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or wellness program.

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health and safety.

3. Service Policies (Coaching, Training & Wellness Services)

3.1 Payment & Billing

​

  • All coaching, virtual programs, and service packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Monthly plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Cancellations or rescheduling for in-person or virtual sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session without refund.

3.3 Refunds

​

Because programs and coaching involve time, planning, and intellectual property, all coaching plans, consultations, digital products, and personalized programs are non-refundable.

We strive for excellent customer service—if you have concerns, please contact us and we’ll work toward a fair solution.

 

4. Retail Purchases (Plants, Self-Care Items, Supplements & Products)

 

4.1 Product Availability

Inventory changes frequently. Stock is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.

​

4.2 Quality & Condition

​

  • All plants are inspected for quality prior to pick-up or delivery.

  • Plants are living items; once delivered or picked up, Vitality and Vine cannot guarantee their long-term condition due to environmental factors outside our control.

4.3 Returns & Exchanges

  • Plants: All plant sales are final.

  • Self-care items and retail products: Returns accepted within 7 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

 

4.4 Local Delivery

Delivery availability is based on zip code radius and subject to a delivery fee. The customer must provide accurate address information and ensure a safe delivery location.

5. Shipping Policy

​

For shipped products:

  • Customer is responsible for providing proper address information.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

  • For plant shipments: buyer assumes responsibility once the package has been shipped.

6. Website & Digital Content Usage

​

All content—including text, photos, videos, programs, graphics, and materials—is the property of Vitality and Vine and is protected by copyright law.

You agree not to:

  • Copy or distribute our content without permission

  • Share purchased programs, PDFs, or digital guides with anyone else

  • Use our content for commercial or competitive purposes

7. App, Technology & Third-Party Platforms

​

Vitality and Vine uses third-party systems such as Everfit, Wix, Vagaro, and payment processors.
Use of these platforms is subject to their individual Terms & Privacy Policies.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data issues caused by third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

By using our website or services, you agree that Vitality and Vine is not liable for:

  • Injuries or health issues resulting from training, exercise, or wellness recommendations

  • Plant damage or loss after delivery

  • Product misuse

  • Website interruptions, errors, or security issues beyond our control

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you waive any claims against Vitality and Vine for damages arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information submitted through our website, forms, or coaching platforms will not be sold or shared.
