Services, Coaching & Digital Programs
 

Because coaching services, consultations, and personalized wellness programs involve dedicated time, preparation, and intellectual property, all coaching plans, consultations, digital products, and customized programs are non-refundable.

If you have concerns about your experience, we encourage you to contact us. We are committed to working toward a fair and reasonable resolution whenever possible.
 

Retail Purchases (Plants, Self-Care Items, Supplements & Other Products)
 

Product Availability
 

Inventory changes frequently and is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.
 

Quality & Condition
 

All plants are inspected prior to pick-up or delivery. Because plants are living items, their long-term health depends on care and environment outside of our control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee plant condition after purchase.
 

Returns & Exchanges
 

  • Plants: All plant sales are final.

  • Self-care and retail products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
     

Delivery & Shipping Considerations
 

  • Delivery availability is based on location and may include a delivery fee.

  • Customers must provide accurate address information and ensure a safe delivery location.

  • For shipped products, customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

  • Vitality and Vine is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

  • For plant shipments (when offered), responsibility transfers to the buyer once the package has been shipped.
