Because coaching services, consultations, and personalized wellness programs involve dedicated time, preparation, and intellectual property, all coaching plans, consultations, digital products, and customized programs are non-refundable.

Inventory changes frequently and is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.
Quality & Condition
All plants are inspected prior to pick-up or delivery. Because plants are living items, their long-term health depends on care and environment outside of our control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee plant condition after purchase.
Returns & Exchanges

Plants: All plant sales are final.

Self-care and retail products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Delivery & Shipping Considerations
